This unique project is located in our very own Troy, N.Y. The home has both micro inverters and string inverters. Part of the project contains modules on a flat roof, while the main array is on the pitched roof as shown in the photo. 5.88 kW is monitored through string inverters and can be viewed here. 1.05 kW is monitored through the Enphase micro inverter monitoring system. This system also contains the emergency power supply (EPS) on the SMA string inverters and can offer the homeowner electricity from the solar during a blackout without needing batteries!
